son of pezcore Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 Just spent our final two nights of a weeklong vacation in Burlington.Entered priceline.com through savingsbarn.comWe stayed at the Wyndham.We were trying for the Fairfield Inn with bids for a couple of dates to get a deal in the $20's. However, we couldnt find anything. We then added 3* at $36. No luck.Tried $42 ... accepted.In the end, I am glad that we ended up downtown at the Wyndham rather than off the interstate at the Fairfield. We had a wonderful view of Lake Champlain. I should mention that parking is $5.50 per night. However, we left this morning at 6:30 the gate was open and there was no attendant on duty. :) Thanks better bidding!
