Easier Board Navigation

I always get some of my best ideas while on vacation... and this previous trip was no exception.

We have just implemented the first idea that i wanted to see come to fruition, which should help make the Hotel Review section and our Real Hotel Photos site become more wildely used (which in turn makes it more useful for everyone).

You should now see "File Folder Tabs" at the top of the board on every page of the forum. Want to jump to that area of the board, just click the file folder tab.

This actually required a LOT of edits to internal files. I have done some extensive testing of this and haven't found any errors or display problems, but if anyone notices anything that doesn't look or display correctly please let us know.

There are quite a few other ideas we hope to implement in the next few weeks/months (and some even years) which we will continue to add.
