fuzzylogik Posted November 26, 2006 Report Posted November 26, 2006 BTW, for Entertainment Book members, they offer 50% off rack rates at the Intercontinental in Houston (Galleria area). Starting prices I've been offered with the discount begin at high $60s and range upward depending on day and such. Beware, however: they charge $10 per guest over one (so when my wife and I stay there, the price is the rate quoted plus $10/night) and parking is insane (I believe $14/night for self-park or $25/night for valet). Caveat emptor. For the record, this is the best hotel that I've found in that general area; better than the Renaissance off 59 IMHO (one of my favorite hotel chains).Fuzzylogik :)
