Nope. My Bidding Process was a little messy.

Started with 4* only

-Downtown Boston @ US45

Increased areas one at a time to include

-Worldtrade centre @ US50

- Copley @ US55

- Cambridge @ US60

Finally included 3* and increased bid to US61 and got Hyatt Cambridge.

Figured i should have lowered my bid when i included 3*.

Nonetheless, it's a gd price. :)
