Felt like I needed a little more R & R after surgery. Decided to try my luck at landing this hotel for cheaper on Priceline; saw it come up on Hotwire for $44 for the same dates. Knew it was in Priceline's Schaumburg zone. Started at $30 and got a counter for $8. Added $2 and Algonquin as a free rebid. Got another counter for $8. Added $2 more and Aurora as a free rebid, and voila! What's a little train noise when you can enjoy beach chic decor for $34 a night? :) Link to comment
