It's only $69/night between Nov 16th to 19th, 2006. Any idea?

Yes, it was Delta Chelsea indeed! This is exactly the hotel I want because of its proximity to the meeting I'm going to attend. :) Before I booked it, I decided to check out all the potential 3.5* hotel websites. Only Delta Chelsea offered children's activities, which is one of the amenities listed. Also, the retail price listed on Hotwire was very close to the one listed on the hotel website. Thank you very much. You just saved me $150 (compared to hotel's AAA discount rate).
