Priceline Hotel: 2.5* Basking Ridge Courtyard

Family needed a little vacation (i.e., pool time), so I Bid $38 for 2.5 star in Basking Ridge for 11/3. Got the Marriott Courtyard on first bid as per biddingforhotel.

The 18 hour getaway did wonders for the family's post-daylight savings time blues. As planned, we spent about 5 of our 18 hours at the pool, and 4.5 of those hours we had the pool area to ourselves.

Everything about the hotel was better than I would expect from a 2.5 star hotel -- attractive lobby, pleasant staff, very clean, comfortable beds, quiet and A+ pool. I've stayed in 4 stars where the overall experience wasn't as nice. ...

I am glad you like the hotel ... I liked it very much too and it is very deterministic, I always got it at $37 for many years till recently it was up $1 to $38, but still very good price, and no guess, just pick 2.5* and got it... next time you been there, go further down the road there is a small plaza has many nice restaurants ... I went there every weekend ...
