That is the best you can ever do with Priceline. I came to the same conclusion as you, and put a bid in (expecting the Delta) for $50 for 11/9-12/06, and I received the Delta hotel. Initially I tried $47, but the bid was refused. I did not use this site's connection because I am not familiar with it. Well that is not in fact true. When trying to register for this site, my registration was already taken. It turns out by me. In any event, I will use this site in the future.
