Neither of these properties have been identified. If i were to guess, i'd think the 3* could be the Clarion or the Holiday Inn; the 2.5* could be a La Quinta as that is a typical rating for that chain with limited amenities.

Is there a particular hotel you're trying to target or avoid... as you can probably do a bit better on Priceline.
