Available rate at the Sheraton was $139. My first bid was $46 at the 3* level. I received a counter offer to try again raising my bid by $13. I dropped down to 2.5* and bid $53, no free rebids here. I received a response saying I was upgraded to a 3* and my bid had been accepted. This bid was for 3 rooms.
