The 4* above has not yet been identified, and the amenities are quite common for a hotel in a metropolitan area, but if we were to take a guess i'd suspect the Hilton Arc De Triomphe is a good possibility as it has all these amenities. This is priced at $244/nite... is this within your budget?

Do you still see the 3* on a HOTWIRE search? I don't get the 3* above that you're seeing on a current search (or are you searching for more than one room or more than the default 2 adults occupancy)
