Hotwire Hotel: 4* Mag Mile/Wacker

Looking for a hotel to do some christmas shopping/sightseeing in chicago. Found the following for december 6 for one night:

4 stars, mag mile/wacker

160 dollars

fitness, restaurant, pool, business, internet, spa.

i think this is the w hotel lakeshore. do you agree?

also, would this be a good homebase for city shopping?
