blindman Posted October 13, 2006 Report Posted October 13, 2006 Apologies if this has been asked before, did a search but no joy.I'm looking to bid for a Hotel in Reading Berkshire.Reading has 4*,3* and 2*I'm hoping to land the Renaissance or the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza. On the Retail (US) site these are 4* and 3* respectively with a Courtyard by Marriot as a 2* and a Holiday Inn South as a 3*On the retail UK site the Holiday Inn South is a 4* the Crowne Plaza is not there and the Renaissance is 4*Will these retail star ratings be the same for the Name your own price hotels?I intend to bid on the US site.I've read both the UK and US star ratings guide on PL but that really doesn't help! There used to be a list somewhere that tied in brands with satr ratings, anyone seem that?I'm trying to avoid the Courtyard as it's location is not suitable.
