after two failed bids of $45 & $50 i won at $55.

first bid: downtown 4* at $45

next bid: downtown 4&3* at $50

last bid: downtown and south roch. 4&3* at $55

won and "upgraded" to 4*. the hyatt is very nice and has refurbished rooms. i used to be able to get this hotel at about $45. maybe because of thanksgiving they are charging more or maybe just because of the refurb. rooms. i usually go about 4/5 times a year (wifes family lives there) and i am successful most of the time.
