reenu Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 Can someone help me find a 4 star hotel for October 11th or 14th in downtown vancouver? I'd like to stay close to the $100 range.
thereuare Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 When bidding 4* in Vancouver you have three re-bid zones avaiable. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.Select 4* Vancouver...Bid $65, if rejected add re-bid zone1...Bid $70, if rejected close browser and re-access priceline however you did previously.Select 4* Vancouver and re-bid zone2...Bid $75, if rejected add re-bid zone1...Bid $80, if rejected close browser and re-access priceline however you did previously.Select 4* Vancouver and re-bid zone3...Bid $85, if rejected add re-bid zone1...Bid $90, if rejected close browser and re-access priceline however you did previously.Select 4* Vancouver and re-bid zone2 and re-bid zone3...Bid $95, if rejected add re-bid zone1...Bid $100.I think you have a better chance for 10/14 than you do 10/11 so i would start with 10/14. You could also switch dates every two bids... so try $65 and $70 for 10/14 and if rejected repeat those two bids for 10/11... then try $75 and $80 for 10/14 and if rejected repeat those two bids for 10/11, so-on, so-on.Any questions feel free to ask. Good Luck and let us know how it goes. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
