bturner13 Posted January 1, 2004 Report Posted January 1, 2004 Will someone please refresh my memory on how Resorts fit into Priceline's Star Levels? We want to bid the Las Vegas area.Tks!
thereuare Posted January 1, 2004 Report Posted January 1, 2004 Perhaps this is the thread you're looking for: Priceline Star Ratings (although keep in mind Priceline can change the 'rules' anytime they see fit)Hope you're feeling better than the last time we spoke! Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
bbbb Posted January 1, 2004 Report Posted January 1, 2004 5* is the only * level that you can bid without the chance of being upgraded to a resort level.Everything else is lower then resort.
cheezhead Posted January 1, 2004 Report Posted January 1, 2004 To summarize when bidding for the strip zone:If you are bidding 5*, every other zone is a free rebid. If you are bidding 4* DO NOT bid any zone with a resort as you can be upgraded to a resort in that zone.Avoid bidding 3* unless you will be happy at the Riviera. YUCK!
bturner13 Posted January 1, 2004 Author Report Posted January 1, 2004 You guys are good! Thanks for the quick followup! TOBB could take a lesson from this BB!
