Priceline Hotel: 4* Ft. Lauderdale (Beach) Hyatt Pier 66

I've been bidding for three weeks to get these 2 rooms for our pre-cruise dates.

I bid individual dates because I couldn't make any headway with the two nights together.

Here's the sequence of events.

January 1 (bid won on 12/30)

Had to use 5 re-bids; started at $95 and finally accepted at $125. This was the toughie. Although why I'm not so sure. (Listed at $199.00 on hotel website)

January 2nd (bid won on 12/24)

Had to use one re-bid: started at $70, went to $79. Accepted. (Listed at $229 on hotel website)

FYI: I had tried 3* Downtown unsuccessfully up to $105. At which point, I decided to go wtih the 4* at the beach.
