Hotwire Hotel: Help with Hotel ID - Los Angeles

I need help (please!) IDing these hotels I found on Hotwire for a 2-night stay (11/10 - 11/12) in the L.A.-Burbank/Universal City area.

$74/night... 2* - Laundry Facilities

$79/night... 2.5* - Airport Shuttle, Restaurants, Pool

Unfortunately neither of these hotels have been identified, but to take a stab at each of them, the 2.5* could be the Ramada or something similar (this is purely just a guess); the extended stay type properties (extended stayamerica, homestead, etc) often appear with just a Laundry icon, so something along those lines would be our best guess for the 2*.
