Would like to get a resort in San Juan at a good price. (probably too early)

This 4* at Rio Grande looks like the Westin to me. Can anyone confirm? $132/night.

Amenities listed are:

Resort, Casino, Fitness Center, Beachfront, Airport shuttle, pool(s), resturant(s), Golf nearby, business center and tennis nearby.

I realize that this is not in San Juan but I'm not sure that I will get a Resort in San Juan at this prce.

$131/nite, 3 nites total incl taxes etc $496.11.
