thereuare Posted September 23, 2006 Report Posted September 23, 2006 Neither of the above have been reported "as-is", but i'm going to guess that the 3* in the Universal Zone could be the Westgate Lakes, which has previously been reported with the amenities shown but at the 3.5* level, so it may have been downgraded.
