Tried again and still rejected at $50, $52, $54

Others have gotten hotels in this range for significantly less. Any ideas?

Rates are a bit higher than usual for these dates, as well, the Doubletree (a common acceptor in this zone) is sold-out.

I would try for another week between $45-$55; if you're not successful with 4 weeks to go i would raise your maximum bid to $70 or lower your star rating.

We didn't outline a specific strategy since we don't if you'd rather pay a bit more to get this taken care of and done now, want to later raise your bid to $70, or lower your star rating.

If you let us know your thoughts regarding the above we'll provide a step-by-step for your to follow. If you are going to wait it out for a few weeks, i would book a cancellable back-up in the meantime.

Finally accepted at $60/night for the Holiday Inn. My family has stayed here before and they were very happy with it.
