sterlo1 Posted September 18, 2006 Report Posted September 18, 2006 Hello,Heading to NYC on these dates to visit relatives - I've seen from other posts that my dates above are likely to be very busy.Am willing to switch hotels during my stay, given my stay will be long (8 nights)Haven't used priceline before so unsure of $. MTW is my strongly preferred area. Would prefer 3*. Had a friend who landed 4*'s in this region last year at around the $120 US mark, but I understand that price is of little chance in 2006!Would I be likely to land a 3* for $120 US per night? Am happy to go higher $. I'm just from Australia and am unsure of the successful priceline rates in NYC, MTW region.Thankyou kindly!!Andrew
