I am booking for somebody else and I have a budget of $265 total for the 4 nights including taxes and fees.I thought the Sheraton because of the spa and Tripadvisor rating

I decided to take this 3* Orlando Universal Seaworld for $54 per night.As I suspected it was the Sheraton World which definitely has mixed reviews but couldn't beat the price and needed 2 Adults and 2 Children.
