I saw that 10/6-10/7 was available through Hotwire for (probably) the Hilton Financial District (I couldn't get that night for less on Priceline, I tried), so I started bidding for the first night on Priceline. My last failed bid for a 4* in USE was $72 before:Congratulations, you got your price of $74 for a 4-star hotel room.Check-In Date: Thursday, October 5, 2006 Check-Out Date: Friday, October 6, 2006 Hotel Name: Hilton San Francisco Financial District750 Kearny Street San Francisco, California 94108 415-433-6600 Your Offer Price: $74.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 1 Subtotal: $74.00 Taxes and Service Fees: $18.31 Total Charges*: $92.31 I then booked the same hotel through Hotwire for the next night (10/6-10/7) for $107 plus tax and fees (coming to about $128.31).
