Travelling Posted December 16, 2003 Report Posted December 16, 2003 This is in the Niagara Falls zoneAmenities:Restaurant, Pool, Fitness Center, Laundry FacilitiesAny ideas?I am also curious as to any general Hotwire/Priceline information about this area. I am thinking of staying for just one night and so don't need anywhere particularly fancy but would like to be close to the Falls. Is this zone generally easily accessible to the Falls. I expect to have a car. Thanks for any help you can offer.
Travelling Posted December 16, 2003 Author Report Posted December 16, 2003 Sorry I completely messed this up!I typed Niagara into the City box and Hotwire chose Buffalo at which point I can select Niagara Falls. Therefore I got places on the American side of the Falls. I will be on the Canadian side so the above hotel won't help me.I guess I should have typed Niagara Falls in the first place.Sorry for the duff post!
thereuare Posted December 16, 2003 Report Posted December 16, 2003 No problem, let us know if you need help identifying anything on the Canadian side. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
thesqueegeekid Posted December 16, 2003 Report Posted December 16, 2003 A great place to start is www.casinoniagara.com .... click on the link for accomadations ... although, I do not know if they will let you book so far in advance? Being a weekday, I definitely would not pay more than $45US ... given that it is also just at the beginning of the peak season.Expedia's rates are very competitive for Niagara too...
Travelling Posted December 16, 2003 Author Report Posted December 16, 2003 SqueegeeKid - many thanks for that site. I'm not worried about booking anywhere this far out, I just want to get a feel for different places so that when I get round to booking I have a bit of decent knowledge to help make the right choices. If I can get somewhere for the sort of price range you mention, maybe Hotwire in this instance is not my best bet. Thanks again for your help.
