I started the bid at $70 and went upto $100 in the fashion below. No luck :)

4 star hotels only

Added Westminister $90 No luck

Added Mayfair-Soho $100 No luck

Added all possible london city areas (except airport areas) and increased from 70 to 110. Finally, got 4 Star Copthorne Tara Kensington for $110 plus taxes for 3 nights from Sept14-Sept17.
