dfwinjurylawyer Posted August 28, 2006 Report Posted August 28, 2006 I had a similar experience to the one other Littlerock post I could find. I.E. rejected. Bid Littlerock West, 3*, $65 = rejectedadd Littlerock, up bid to $75 = rejected. (these are the only two 3 star zones)Looked on regular price line and Littlerock Wyndham (3*) is available for $78. Wyndham is located in Littlerock zone. So, one might conclude that Littlerock does not play NYOP priceline. I supposed I'll go back and bid $77 littlerock 3* just to see if I can pull $1 of savings out of them. Of course, I'll start on savingsbarn.com.
thereuare Posted August 28, 2006 Report Posted August 28, 2006 I'll start on savingsbarn.comThanks, and if you do need to book direct we're an affiliate of Wyndham as per our support page.Keep us updated. dfwinjurylawyer Posted August 30, 2006 Author Report Posted August 30, 2006 I ended up not being able to find a better deal than the direct buy from the Wyndham link Thereuare posted. Wyndham had rooms for $71 a night. This is North Littlerock and is located just over the bridge north of downtown. I'd say the rooms were merely adequate, but they were clean and did have free Wifi, coffee makers, mini bar.Next to the propery is a beautifully paved trail that appeared to run for miles along side the Arkansas river. Lovely place to walk off a suprisingly good steak in the steakhouse restaurant in the Wyndham. Riverfront Steakhouse. Prime steaks at Texas Land and Cattle Company prices. (Small filet $19.95.) Tender, tasty, good stuff. The staff was very accomodating and shuttled me back and forth from the airport on command when I asked if a shuttle was available. If you go, ask for a room away from the construction next door. They are building a AA minor league baseball park literally next door and they are rolling by 7 a.m. Thanks again Betterbidding!
