I don't think this hotel/city are on the list yet...only one zone here and either 2 or 1 stars (though I'm skeptical of any 1 stars actually existing).

Since it's for the same day, I just made a first bid of $65 and that was accepted. Otherwise, $107 (+16% tax) was the lowest I found for this property. But I'm certain you can get much lower than this on Priceline with some more time.
