Scoobs Posted August 23, 2006 Report Posted August 23, 2006 I've already arranged my accomodations for Sunday and Monday, but am struggling to find a decent rate for Saturday October 21stGiven that it's the first night of our trip, I'm less concerned with luxury than I am with a place to crash in an accessible/central location on the strip. So far the best deal I have found is the Statosphere at $125/night or Circus Circus through EasyClickTravel at $113.I have my reservations against Circus Circus, and the Stratosphere's just too out of the way. Ideally I'd like to find a 3* or higher for less than (or around) $100What is the worst case scenario for a strip 3* on priceline? Any other suggestions?Any advice is appreciated. -Matt-
thereuare Posted August 24, 2006 Report Posted August 24, 2006 Many Las Vegas hotels don't allow Saturday check-in so that compounds your 'problem'.We don't see much 3* bidding on the strip in Vegas but i suppose there are lots of 3* possibilities... Stratosphere, Tropicana, Barbary Coast, Circus Circus, maybe even the Riviera and/or Sahara.Would you consider a place off-strip as i'm doubtful you're going to find anything 'great' for the $100 range for a Saturday nite in Vegas. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
