I am new to this process and your site. It was very helpful to me :) and I wanted to reciprocate my experience.

1st try: $80 Downtown on 08/15/06 (today) - rejected.

I was offered the option to go to $102 to have my offer accepted.

We are on our way to Ocean City and because of the weather forcast decided at the last minute to stay 1 night in Washington. We wanted to be downtown only so we went with the $102.
