Hi everyone, this is my first post. i'm going to be in Sydney for two nights August 27 - 29, i want to pay about $60-$70 (it's a cheap season there now) is it at all possible, and should i wait for the last 48 hours? thanks

Have you seen rates anywhere near your maximum bid... if successful up to your maximum it would be the cheapest we have ever seen a hotel won in this zone.

Do you have a back-up reservation? If so, where and how much?
