Second Bid For a 3* was $60 3 nights Labor Day weekend Doubletree

I just knew I was going to get the Doubletree. :) I here it's not that good. But I ended up saving about $150 if I payed retail rates at other 3*/2* in the area :)

For future reference, the 2.5* hotels in Charlottesville (2 Courtyards, Residence Inn) are all very nice if you want to avoid the Doubletree, with the Courtyard north on 29 having just been renovated completely this spring.
