Priceline Hotel: Bidding help for MW, ME, MS- 8/19 to 8/22

I'm newly registered, but have been reading the most recent posts on bidding. However, I'm not sure where to begin my bidding process and whether to use Hotwire or Priceline.

My price range is maximum $150 for 3*/4*.

Please advise.
