My friend and I are looking for the cheapest 3* hotel for the two of us in central Rome.

Preferably 100 dollars.

With HOTWIRE's chepest rate in the $150 range i'm doubtful $100 would be successful.

If you want to give it a try there are no re-bid zones but you have some time, so i would try $70 and then increase you bid by $10 every 24 hours.
