Priceline Hotel: 4* Long Beach Hyatt Regency

I got the Hyatt Regency in Long Beach for $70 per night. I started at 64.00 and it said if I would add $18.00 it would resubmit without other changes but I added SouthBay since no 4 stars are there and went up to $70 and got it.
