Priceline Hotel: Help for Ottawa - Hull (Ottawa) for 2 nights on 8/31/06

Would like to book a hotel in Ottawa for August 31st and September 1st (checking out on the 2nd). New to Priceline & BB. Would like to book for under $50USD a night (3*). Any help in bidding scheme would be appreciated. Obviously I'd like it for as cheap as possible.

There are no re-bid zones avaialble when bidding 3* in Ottawa (downtown i'm ssuming).

Therefore i would bid as follows:

Select 3* Ottawa bid $45.

If rejected, wait 24 hours and bid $50.
