I'm heading to Chicago for a conference and looking for a hotel room for 2 adults and 4 children (ages 2-10) for 8/14-8/17. I don't really want to stay right in the city b/c I don't want to pay for parking. I'm open to staying anywhere that is within 20 minutes of downtown. I'm thinking we need a 2 room suite to fit us all, and I like have a kitchen/kitchenette. I'm having no luck finding good deals on suites, any help would be appreciated.

You can't make an opaque purchase for a two room suite... priceline and hotwire purchases are for 'standard' hotel rooms.

Additionally, priceline only guarantees double occupancy, so that might not be an option for you either unless you are willing to accept some risk (and in large cities with notoriously small rooms this can be a legitimate risk). HOTWIRE may be your best option as they allow you to search for 2 rooms, 2 adults, and 4 kids.

Is there anything of interest when doing a HOTWIRE search in the area with the above occupancy criteria selected?
