After research on this site, I started with 4* $80 for White Hosue Downtwon, and after two more bids, I was accepted at $75 for 4* Grand Hyatt (Convention Center-Capitol Hill). Here's my bidding process:

Started the bid for $80 for 4* White House-Downtown - rejected

Rebid at $75 for 3* White House-Downtown - rejected

Rebid at $75 with Convention Center-Capitol Hill added- Accepted (upgrade from 3*).

Grand Hyatt is 3.5* rated with $219 at Hotels.com.
