i initially started my bid at $55 for a 4* in downtown toronto. after adding other areas (that did not have 4* so i could keep bidding) and still having no success, i bid $85. the response was if i raised my bid by $22, it would be accepted. so my final bid was $107. not bad, but then i found out that parking is $20/24 hr period. something you may want to consider when booking downtown.
