It is a 2 night stay dates arre aug 8 -10

i checked the priceline and the areas

this is our primary concerns in order

1. to get a place close to metro --is it possible with bidding

2. clean room and we have heard make sure to get airconditioning

3. we are a family of 3 husband wife and 6 1/2 year old kid

4. close to attractions so

first 2 choices are

Central

Vatican City

then choice is

North

these are the main areas we are interested in

we already have a cancelable booking for $69 therefore maximum bid should be lower than 69

minimum star for this new booking should be 3 as our booking is for 4 star but it is east of the rome
