djk4ever Posted July 8, 2006 Report Posted July 8, 2006 Does anyone have any experience with 2* hotels in the Colorado Springs South area? I am looking for something in August. Thanks!
djk4ever Posted July 8, 2006 Author Report Posted July 8, 2006 Help ID 2* hotel in Colorado Springs (North) Colorado Spings (North)Dates: 8/7-8/13$35 per nightHotel Amenities: complimentary breakfast and poolI thought it might be the Hampton Inn, but am not sure. Any guesses?
thereuare Posted July 8, 2006 Report Posted July 8, 2006 Hampton Inn would typically be rated higher than 2* on Hotwire. This could be something along the lines of a Travelodge (which does meet the above criteria), Quality Inn, or similar. Colobill1 Posted September 16, 2006 Report Posted September 16, 2006 This is a hotel which is located right off I-25 (about 125 feet), which has changed names and affiliations a few times over the past 10 years. It's within easy walking distance (10 minutes max) of the "downtown area", and its numerous shops and restaurants. Being next to the interstate, I'd suggest asking for a room facing the interior courtyard or the residential street to its west.
