start on 3* Princeton at $40 since have been failed to get anything for weeks below that ... rejected, add trenton and bid $41 and failed again, add another zone and bid $42, failed again, lower to 2.5* and add $1 to bid on $43 ... got it!!!

I should have lower to 2.5* first since this hotel may win at below $40 ... but I was thinking about Chauncey or Harrison ... :)
