Priceline accepted my first bid of $45. Add taxes and the room rate per night is $54.37 USD.

The address of this Marriott is 100 Kent Street.

FYI I also bid $45 in May 2006 for a 3* and was accepted at Radisson Hotel Ottawa Parliament.
