I stayed here a few years ago. At the time the hotel was nice, althugh not too much walkable in the immediate area. A Bennigan's across the street and a gas station with a convenience store next to that if you want to buy snacks/soda cheaper than the hotel would offer them.

I am not surprised after all it is car dependant Long Island. I am spending one night here because I am originally from Long Island and looking to check out my old stomping grounds. I am trying to fill in 4 days in New York City but I didn't get my bids yesterday.
