Started bidding at $50 increasing bid by about $5 each time. Then had my friend bid.

Re-Bid zones:

Henderson

Airport

Nellis

Summerlin

Final bid was $96 which was rejected.

We did add the strip as the last bid (It is NOT a free re-bid zone) We were willing to take a hotel there as well as Fremont St.

Not sure how high you want to go, but you can book the Golden Nugget for $121/nite. There is not booking fee so it's about $20/nite more than you've currently bid. The above is also cancellable (up until 3 days before check-in date) so you may want to use it as a back-up if you continue to try priceline.

I ended up booking the Four Queens for $84 per night through another booking service. I did try through all the ones that you link to but found a lower price elsewhere. Hey, I'm here for the best deal and when possible I do support this site. As always, thank you Thereuare!

Well it suits my needs but the Nugget would have made me happier.

I tried to bid again keeping my total buy price below the price I already paid minus the $25 cancelation fee so I may still get the Nugget if they drop the price. (There is always hope, I've seen it before! :))

Bid up to $70 and was rejected again.

The Golden Nugget has apparently been downgraded to a 3* on Priceline.

I decided to start lowball bidding again to see what happens.

1st bid $50 (Fremont) Rejected

free rebid $60 (Henderson- Lake Las Vegas) Rejected
