This hotel has not yet been identifeid, but could it be the Hotel Boulderado? (really just a guess, not very confident in it although it probably fits the 'boutique' description quite well).

Yes--

it is the boulderado. You can add it to the list. Just confirmed for 2 nights @96 per night, plus $32.10 for two nights taxes and fees. I used the HOTWIRE link.
