IdahoTraveler Posted July 7, 2006 Report Posted July 7, 2006 I was surprised to get this hotel, as it is listed on this forum as 2.5*. Dissappointed, too, since its reviews are not encouraging. With any luck its promotion in *'s is the result of improvement in the facility. Will review after my return.Five nights @ $100 plus $82.23 taxes/fees. Approached in $5 steps on 6/20/2006.
thereuare Posted July 7, 2006 Report Posted July 7, 2006 Welcome to BetterBidding!Sorry to hear of your disapointment. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
ipegleg Posted July 14, 2006 Report Posted July 14, 2006 This is kind of a shoulda, woulda, coulda, but did you check out HOTWIRE and Orbitz to see what your alternatives would be? Capital Hill suites is is offering a jr suite on hotwire for $83 a night. CQ's is ok in a pinch for a single traveller, but its very basic. Good location for business, but small rooms and limited amenities.
IdahoTraveler Posted July 14, 2006 Author Report Posted July 14, 2006 For weeknights? I'm not seeing it. Before bidding I did check a sample of 3* and 4* hotels from the Priceline list. And I checked Hotwire. Nothing close to what you're seeing for a 3*.Is CQ a 3* in your judgement?
