mag123 Posted July 2, 2006 Report Posted July 2, 2006 Started bidding for Ft. Lauderdale Beach area for a RESORT hotel. Was hoping to get Marriott Harbor Beach, but went up to $130 with no luck. Decided to go 4* instead and was able to get Hyatt Pier 66. Started bidding at $80 and used free re-bid zones in $5 increases, until I hit paydirt at $100. Hotel gave us a remodeled lanai room that normally goes for $249. :)
