travelhol Posted June 28, 2006 Report Posted June 28, 2006 Don't bid on Priceline for Anchorage unless you don't care where the hotel is located. The Millennium (which I got) is out near the airport - 15 min from downtown. Hotel itself is ok but terrible location without car. The hotel has a shuttle but it runs 11 am -8 pm tow downtown and comes back from downtown 11:15 am to 10:15 and does not run every hour. I arrived at 10:40 pm by train from Seward and had to take a taxi ($15) to hotel.
