I knew to target $105 and after a few days' attempts up to $100, I got this for $105. Cheap rate--since rack rate is $439 lowest. I think the key is March--spring breakers stay at other hotels. Maybe CasaMagna is Feb like the other post. $105 x 4 nights plus $60.36 tax= $480.36
